Like our fabrics, our cushion foam is specifically designed for all seasons.  We have a bespoke cushion design service, using the light, luxuriously soft Quick Dry foam™ that allows your cushions to be left outdoors in rain, snow and storms.

If you intend using your furniture outdoors you must use a quality reticulated foam. In certain countries they don’t but that is because they have low rain fall. Here in New Zealand it rains! Many retailers will tell you to use a water proof fabric. Sadly there is no such thing (water will get in however little and rot the cushion). Alternatively they will suggest a cover. Sadly your cushions will sweat inside the covers and rot. There is however one solution. Insist on a branded reticulated foam. We only use Quick Dry foam™. We think it is the best brand available. It is available in firm or soft to suit your requirements. This product, used in conjunction with one of the our fabrics noted in our 'fabrics' section can truly be left out all year long and after a heavy shower will be dry enough to sit on 10 mins later.

You may note many retailers will claim to be able to supply Quick Dry foam if the customer requires it. We think a  sign of quality is to only use this product in the first place. We will not supply anything else unless the customer insists or the furniture is protected from the elements. At iola we supply this market leading product as standard.
